Bishopton Community Centre opened in 1974 and aims to serve as a central focus for the community of Bishopton and Dargavel. The Centre is next to the Bishopton Health Centre and Holm Park rugby and football playing fields and Bishopton Sports and Social Club.
The Community Centre is a central venue for 20 local organisations (see Whats On for a complete list of these 20 organisations and the dates/times that they use the Centre).
In addition, the Centre is available for residents or outside organisations to host a considerable number of one off events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, exhibitions, displays, committee meetings and public meetings. See Venue Hire.
The Bishopton Community Centre Association is responsible for venue hire or letting and day to day running of the Centre using volunteers. If you want to contact the Association just go to Contact Us.
